Ev asked me Friday nite if I wouldn't go home with her after the movies today (Strand - Yes, My Darling Daughter with Jeffrey Lynn and Priscilla Lane and Fay Bainter) and stay overnight and if the weather was nice Sunday we would go to the Bronx Zoo in New York. Of course I agreed. Karin went to the movies with us and we talked over the dance. Ev and I went to her house, had supper and went to bed about 8:30 listened to radio until 10:00 and dropped off to sleep. Oh yes I bought a mullberry sweater and aquamarine skirt in Birnbaums today. Gee they are adorable - it's about time I got some clothes!*
